High pressure and stable structure
This year summer, Changrong Printing Machinery has newly developed a CR1300 automatic foil stamping machine to meet the requirement of bigger foiling sizes .The pressure of the equipment adopts a mechanical four-link mechanism, which can achieve stable work under large pressure.The Changrong heavy-duty foil stamping machine has a pressure capacity of 150 tons. Compared to similar market targeting machines in the industry, its linkage mechanism offers greater stability, and the higher pressure enables processing of thicker and heavier paper materials,such as liquid box, book case, cigarette box and luxuries brand packages.
High qulity of the Hardware
With the integrated structure of the whole machine, it can be flexibly handled by forklift, easy to use, and high flexibility.One Worker can easily manage with two sets of the hot stamping foiling machines.Within 20 mins, the worker can pull out the printing plate, replace the paper, and adjust the left-right position of the stacked paper to start the new producing order.

The maximum size of the foil stamping plate is 1100*850 mm.
The machine features observation windows and maintenance access points on the side, a protective door at the rear, and an electrical control cabinet with mechanical systems at the bottom, facilitating easy maintenance.
Saving time& easy to handle
The paper feeding tray is adjustable, and the lifting board can be lowered to ground level, simplifying job changeovers and paper replacement; it can also be transported using a hydraulic forklift. The maximum sheet size is 1300*900 mm, and the minimum sheet size is 200*200 mm.The paper feeding part and receiving part of the equipment are equipped with protective devices, and the main operation part is equipped with protective photoelectric, which can be stopped immediately if touched.The paper taking shaft is separated from the paper discharging shaft, and the two-axis design is adopted to make the equipment run more efficiently.

The device has the function of front gauge and pull gauge, which can realize the accurate registration positioning of paper. And the max stamping accuracy is close to 0.075mm. Running Foiling paper
A two-axis metallized film stretching device capable of simultaneously achieving two sets of different mode metallized film stepping.The paper taking device is driven by servo motor, and the speed can be adjusted freely. The paper taking shaft is equipped with a blower stripping device, which can realize the separation of paper and electro chemical aluminum when large area hot stamping. During the process of electroplated aluminum heat transfer printing, there are 6 heating zones, withe the tamperture rang of 20-200℃ Adjustable.
